1 | Do your sell your mobiles fully assembled?
Unfortunately, at the moment, our mobiles are not sold fully assembled. Because we make our products in the U.S.A., having them assembled would dramatically increase the price of our mobiles. We would like to keep our prices more affordable to allow everyone to enjoy our products.

2 | Do I have to use the string you provide?
Of course not! You may use any type of string to hang your mobile. Just be sure to make tight knots so that it will not fall apart when hung

3 | What if you didn't supply enough string?
We have measured our string to be just the right amount you need. But in case of accidents in assembly, the string may end up not being enough.

We will be more than happy to mail along some more string for your mobile. Please email us at info@petitcollage.com with your string request.

4 | Can I let my little one play with this mobile?
We highly suggest you hang your mobile out of the reach of children. These mobiles are not toys, therefore not suitable for little hands!

5 | Can you make a custom mobile for me?
We do not take custom orders for our mobiles. Our current designs are produced in large quantities.
