1 | How do you ship orders?
We ship our orders via UPS Ground for domestic, USPS International Priority air for international orders. Shipping costs are based on total weight and destination. Shipping will be calculated during checkout.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please contact us for alternative shipping methods for mailing to PO Boxes at info@petitcollage.com
2 | When are items shipped?
Items will be shipped within 2 days from the time you place your order. Unless otherwise noted, we will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to backordered items.
Please note: most collage on wood pieces are made to order. Therefore, please allow 7-10 days from ordering a collage to having your item shipped out.
Canvas prints are also made to order by our manufacturer in San Diego. Please allow 2-3 weeks before your print is shipped.
3 | What if items are backordered or sold out?
If certain products are backordered on our website, it will also be noted on the product page or we will send you an email. We will provide you with the soonest possible shipping date.
4 | Do you take returns or do exchanges?
All sales from Petit Collage are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@petitcollage.com or 415.839.8299.
5 | What if my item is damaged?
Please call us immediately at 415.839.8299 if your items are damaged and we will process a claim and/or send you a replacement. We MUST be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim. Hold onto all packaging materials and the item until further notice. UPS may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed.
Always inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
