What kind of payment do you take?

You can purchase our products in our webstore. We accept credit card payments using
VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.All order information is protected using SSL
technology and is encrypted when transmitted through our website. Alternatively, we
can also take your order over the phone. Call us at 415.839.8299 between the hours of
10am and 5pm PST Monday - Friday.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we take international orders through our website! International orders are mailed
via USPS Priority International.

Do you charge sales tax?

California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their orders. No sales tax
will be applied to orders shipped to addresses outside of California.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales from Petit Collage are final. However, we want you to be happy with your
purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at
info@petitcollage.com or 415.839.8299.

What if items are backordered or sold out?

If certain products are backordered on our website, it will also be noted on the
product page or we will send you an email. We will provide you with the soonest
possible shipping date.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Make sure you have your order number ready.

How accurate is the online color representation?

We use our best effort to ensure the color of our products are displayed as accurately
as possible. Because the color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot
guarantee your monitor's display of any color on our website is accurate. Please
assume that all products may vary slightly in color from what you see on screen. If you
are an interior designer, etc who needs the know the exact color of items, please email
us at info@petitcollage.com and we will email you the pantone colors that correspond
to the item.

Where can I find a store in my neighborhood that sells Petit Collage?

We offer our goods in countless stores across the country as well as in many
international shops and online stores. Check out our "stores" page to find a retailer
carrying Petit Collage.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately at the moment, we currently do not offer gift wrapping. We do offer the
option of including a written gift note in your purchase.

Do you do commissions?

Petit Collage is available for both private and commercial projects. We offer custom
collages that can be designed based on a room, theme, or size. Artist, Lorena Siminovich,
licenses her Petit Collage artwork commercially to be used in products ranging from paper,
